I help normalize (and hold sacred) the transition of bringing new life into the world by providing attentive care for mom and newborn(s), along with helping family members adjust to the new routine with comforting support.

Beyond a doula, I am a birth keeper. I provide a layer of support for birthing families to be seen, heard, and felt.

Not only are baby's born; but mothers are also born. A great shift occurs which is to be honored, cared for, and celebrated.

Support Packages

Doula support is exclusive to current and former Birth Training/prenatal yoga moms who desire a more (w)holistic approach to their rite of passage. This may include strategies for non-intervention, coping techniques, resources, and commonly used earth medicines. Support provided is also cognizant of baby's and mother's perspectives (both as conscious beings) to nurture prenatal bonding, security, trust, and love.

$1,400 - Birth Support

One prenatal visit
Phone/text/email support throughout pregnancy until 2 weeks postpartum
Assistance in writing birth intentions
On call two weeks before and after EDD
Labor and birth support
One-two hours of immediate postpartum support
One postpartum visit within two weeks of birth
Evidence-based resources and referrals

$1,000 - Postpartum Support

30 hours to begin (between 9am-2pm / birth through first year)

Newborn care: focus on newborn and birth-giver wellbeing

Phone/text/email support throughout agreement

Compassionate support for parent(s)

Basic assistance with breast and/or bottle feeding

Extra hands for daily tasks and home organization

Evidence-based resources and referrals

$2,100 Deluxe Doula Support ($300 savings)

Includes both Birth and Postpartum Support bundles
