The worth of a woman - part 3

The ripple effect of self-investment

Money is energy. It’s also a mirror.

And how we choose to spend it says everything about who we believe we are becoming.

By now, you’ve explored where your money beliefs come from - how they were shaped, and how they may be limiting your ability to show up for yourself today.

Now it’s time to flip the script.

Because here’s what I want you to deeply know:

When you invest in yourself - not just professionally, but personally - you don’t just benefit. Everyone around you does, too.

Investing in your inner world changes your outer world

Let’s say you sign up for a yoga teacher training that supports you on every level - body, mind, intuition, community. You’re finally learning how to rest, how to regulate your nervous system, how to speak up in safe spaces, how to listen deeply.

That may seem like a “personal” investment. But what happens after?

You parent differently.

You partner differently.

You show up to work differently.

You model sovereignty.

You walk into a room differently—not with ego, but with wholeness.

When a woman prioritizes her healing, her clarity, her alignment… she becomes an invitation for others to do the same.

That is a ripple.

That is legacy.

And yet…

Why women say yes to professional growth - but no to personal growth

I’ve seen this so many times:

Women will invest thousands in certifications, business courses, and degrees.

But when it comes to something like a sacred women’s circle, or an inner-child healing retreat, or a mentorship program that reconnects them to their voice? The resistance shows up fast.

“I can’t justify it.”

“It’s not the right time.”

“I should probably put that money toward something more practical.”

But what’s more practical than a woman who knows herself deeply?

And who decided it wasn’t justifiable?

Often, it’s an old belief rooted in patriarchy that said your role is to serve, not to receive.

When women finally allow themselves to receive (rest, clarity, support, truth) they return to the world with more capacity to lead, love, and live fully.

It’s never just a women’s circle.

It’s never just a course.

It’s a reclamation.

Money is energy, but also a tangible tool

Yes, money is energy - it responds to intention, flow, expansion.

But it’s also a very real tool.

And how we use that tool matters.

Think of money as a vote. Every time you spend, you’re voting for what you want to experience more of. You’re voting for your values.

  • You buy fast food?
You vote for convenience, maybe numbing.
  • You book a solo retreat?
You vote for stillness, courage, deeper connection.
  • You enroll in a program that scares you because it’s big?
You vote for your next evolution.

There’s no shame here. Every vote matters.

But your spending is a reflection of your alignment - or your avoidance.

So the question is never, Can I afford this?

The real question is, Am I ready to align my money with who I truly want to be?

Financial sovereignty is a legacy

When we heal our money wounds, shift our spending patterns, and take bold action toward alignment… we’re not just doing it for ourselves.

We’re showing our children, our partners, our communities what it looks like to live rooted in self-worth and integrity.

We model that women can invest in themselves.

We model that mothers can receive.

We model that healing is not just allowed—it’s necessary.

The ripple doesn’t end with you.
But it has to start with you.

You get to redefine what wealth means.

Not just in terms of numbers, but in how it feels to be you.

Wealth is feeling clear, whole, resourced, and supported.

Wealth is knowing your needs matter.

Wealth is reclaiming the right to grow - without guilt.

So the next time your body says yes and your mind says “maybe later,”

pause.

Breathe.

And ask yourself:

What would the most aligned version of me choose right now?

Let her answer.
